Epicure The Age on Gluten Free Dining
We were very gratifed to be quite prominently mentioned in the June 22nd Epicure The Age article on gluten free dining in Melbourne. Describing Silly Yaks as a "boutique producer", the article made quite liberal use of the more prestigious parts of our customer list. All in all, the article makes quite interesting reading and serves to accent the extent to which the gluten free lifestyle has made the transition to the mainstream of Australian cultural thought.
