For the duration of the opening we will be making pizzas (if we have the time - in February we were too busy to even try to make pizzas!), heating pies and rolls and sampling out our famous Anzac Biscuits and Choc Chip Cookies.  Most of our products will be available to taste on the day, so this is a fantastic opportunity for people who are familiar with only part of our range to come on down and try the rest.

There will be plenty of stock available for purchase on the day at recommended retail pricing.  Please be aware, however, that this will be frozen packaged product, not fresh, so bring your cooler bags!

We will also be offering tastings of a new prototype product: the Thai Green Curry Chicken Pie.  This product is not yet commercially available but we will be heating them up for people to try on the day - we'd really appreciate as much feedback as possible on this product.  In addition, there will be a small number of these pies available for sale on the day, so if you really like it you can take another one home to enjoy later.

Fresh Bread Available on the Day

We will have a limited number of Bread Products (loaves and rolls) baked fresh on the day for you to purchase.  There will only be limited stock, however, and it will be sold on a "first-come-first-served" basis.  The following bread products will be available to purchase:

• Plain Bread Loaves;
• Multigrain Bread Loaves;
• Soy & Linseed Bread Loaves;
• Fruit Bread Loaves;
• Small Baguettes (Four Pack);
• Small Turkish Bread (Two Pack).

Hot Cross Buns Available on the Day

We are able to confirm that we will have our Hot Cross Buns and Fructose Friendly™ Fruit Free Hot Cross Buns available for sale at this event!  There will be limited numbers of these little fellows freshly baked and ready to go, so get in early to grab a pack of our new recipe Hot Cross Buns!
