Gluten Free Pizza at Encore Pizza

We're very pleased to announce that our good friends at Encore Pizza are now ready to offer gluten free pizzas in selected stores.  We have been working closely with Encore for some time now, trialling cooking methods and processes to ensure that they get the best results possible with our pizza bases under a variety of circumstances.  We're now very confident that when you buy a gluten free pizza from Encore Pizza, it will be the best gluten free pizza it can be!

We have also worked with Encore staff to ensure that:

• They have clearly identified which ingredients and toppings are not gluten free;
• They have identified possible sources of in-store cross-contamination and have put in place processes to eliminate or minimise these.

Now you get to enjoy the results of all of our hard work!  From Monday the 13th of July, Encore Pizza will be offering a gluten free, wheat free alternative at the following stores:
