They have been carefully formulated to develop a crunchy crust when the pizza is cooked, without becoming dry and hard. A Silly Yaks pizza base will not become soggy when it absorbs moisture from the toppings, nor will it crumble or fall apart when baked. Being pre-cooked, they can be used directly from the freezer and are a very versatile product.
All pizza bases are wheat free, gluten free, egg free, nut free and yeast free. All pizza bases are safe for people with fructose malabsorption allergies.
