Our potato gnocchi is one of our most popular products and is widely used in cafes and restaurants throughout Australia. Light and fluffy, it does not sit on your stomach like traditional gnocchi and won't leave you with that bloated, heavy feeling. Like many other Silly Yaks products, our potato gnocchi can be cooked straight from the freezer. It is important, however, to cook Silly Yaks potato gnocchi according to the instructions and not to overcook it.
All three flavours of gnocchi are wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, nut free and yeast free. All three flavours are safe for people with fructose malabsorption allergies.
