Silly Yaks Partners with Burger Edge

Silly Yak Foods and Burger Edge are proud to announce that they have partnered in order to provide a gluten free offering in all Burger Edge stores.  After extensive product development and trials, Silly Yak Foods have developed a proprietary product which completely meets the requirements of Burger Edge for a high quality, palatable, easy handling burger bun which is 100% wheat free, 100% gluten free and 100% peanut free.  The new burger bun will be manufactured exclusively for Burger Edge by Silly Yak Foods and will be available in all Burger Edge stores from Saturday the 10th of July 2010.

Please note that Burger Edge stores are not gluten free environments.  While all reasonable precautions are being taken, there is the possibility that cross contamination may occur during the toasting process or during the assembly of the burger.  Not all Burger Edge ingredients, sauces, etc., are gluten free.  Customers should refer to the Burger Edge Allergen Information Sheet for detailed information about which ingredients are appropriate for their personal circumstances.
