Rice flour, tapioca starch, soy flour,  canola oil, soy lecithin,  baking powder (glucono delta-lactone (575), potassium bicarbonate (501), sodium bicarbonate (500)), xanthan gum (415), guar gum (412), salt, water added.

Use by 7 days from date of manufacture.  May be frozen to extend life: add six months to “Best Before” date.
