A traditional potato gnocchi, flavoured by the addition of roast pumpkin and fresh basil.  Sold in a 250g retail pack or a 1 kg food service pack.  Wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, soy free and yeast free.

Ingredients
Pastry: Potato flakes, oven roasted pumpkin, fresh basil, rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize flour, egg yolk, olive oil, xanthan gum (415), guar gum (412), salt, baking powder, water added.
