A delicious fruit-free Hot Cross Bun, generously spiced.  This is a new improved recipe with a softer, fluffier interior whilst still maintaining our characteristic crisp, bread-like crust.  Please note that the new Hot Cross Bun recipe does contain small amounts of dairy.

Wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, egg free and nut free.  Contains dairy.  Safe for people with fructose malabsorption allergies ("Fructose Friendly™").
