Gluten Free Desserts

Our range of desserts is built around our high-quality gluten free pastry, complemented by luxurious and decadent fillings. The Silly Yaks sweet tarts are traditional dessert pastry, making them a delicious treat or "sometimes food".

Through the use of dextrose to neutralise the fructose, our Apple Tart and Apricot Tart are safe for people with fructose malabsorption allergies. Almost all of the desserts are dairy free. Our pastry does contain egg, as our experiments with egg free pastry have not been encouraging. All of our sweets are wheat free, gluten free and yeast free.
